The rate structure varies daily, weekly, and monthly. Furnished
apartment rental rates vary from 45,000 - 65,000 pesos per day.
1 month or more furhter discounts may be available. Fees apply

No obligations - Reserve a Room now
We will tentatively hold a room for you based on your
word. No need to worry about loosing a deposit. We do
ask that people email or fax a couple of travel reservations
to show that you are serious with your travel plans.
You can email or call to make room reservations.
Maid Service: A maid is on site and
general areas are cleaned daily, including the kitchen,
main bathroom, balcony, & living room. Bedrooms
are cleaned once weekly, or more if requested for 5,000
peso per day.
Utilities: All utilities are included
in the price. Unlimited local calls.
Calls to cell phones are not included. Secure High Speed
WIFI Internet is provided. Wireless Secure Internet
with cable speed of 1 Meg. FREE computer use
for those who are traveling without a laptop.
Appliances: Gas & Electric Stove,
Blender, Refridgerator, Toaster, Juicer, Rice Steamer,
Pressure Cooker, and FREE use
of washing machine for clothes.
